Andrew Wagner Eagle Service Project Photos
Andrew's project was the construction of a 20 ft. horse hitching post, a garbage can corral, and
fixing warped ends of the picnic tables in the new equestrian area at Garin Park in Hayward.
He also constructed a new garbage can corral by the visitors center (barn).

2.5 inch steel pipe is inserted.
  

All this work is taking its toll on a
