posted 8-21-2020 Popcorn Sales Information Hello everyone,  As you all know that popcorn season 2020 started. We had sent email to all at the beginning of July and this is a follow up email with more details.  This year scouts can do three types of sales 1 Online Sales - contact your families and friends and ask them to purchase online. Products delivered to their homes. Shipping fee applied for your customers. Trails end do provide free shipping days now and then. Currently we have FREE shipping going for orders over $40 till Aug 27th. More products available online. We will keep you informed for more such free shipping days that keep coming now and then. 2 Wagon Sales - In this method we order products ahead of time from council and scouts take what they need from the troop and sell it to their friends and families. Leftover bags are taken back by council each year BUT this year there will be NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES (Council rules).  That is why this year to avoid any confusion, we ask you to let us know two things by this weekend (latest by Sunday Aug 23rd noon) (1) If your scout wants to do wagon sales. (2) If they want to do wagon sales, please let us know how many bags of each product you want from us. We will order the exact order from the council on Monday Aug 24th, so your timely reply is very important. We will get your wagon sales order from council on Sep 11th. To avoid any confusion of returns or exchanges, we ask that you write a check of the exact amount of your popcorn to Troop 110 at the popcorn pick up time. If you are out of products halfway through your wagon sales, let us know again how much more you want and we will order exactly that from the council and give it to you (again a check of the exact amount will be needed upfront at popcorn pick up). Please Note: No Chocolate products will be ordered for wagon sales. See the image below to check out the 7 products available for wagon sales. NO RETURNS AND NO EXCHANGES. 3 Take Order - In this method scouts ask families and friends for their popcorn order. Take the order from them of what products they want, take money upfront from them, keep adding the take orders directly on the Trails end app ( just mark undelivered in each order). You can let us know your total Take order latest by Oct 21st. We will order the same from the council on Oct 26th and get the products back by Nov 13th 2020. You can then collect them from our place and give it to your customers. Please note that we won't be setting up any storefront sales this year as a troop due to the current situation and scout's safety.  Scouts who did popcorn sales last year might already have their account active on the Trails End app. Please check and let us know if there are any issues while signing up. Those who don't want to do popcorn sales this year please let us know and we can remove your name from the list. posted 7-1-2020 Popcorn Sales Information Hi Everyone, As you know Popcorn was one of our biggest fundraisers last year. This year due to Covid, it may scale down as expected. But still will be a different learning experience for scouts if they would like to participate in popcorn sales for 2020. Safety of our scouts will be our priority.  Trails End (the popcorn company for the fundraiser) is doing an early bird sales this time called "Online Direct" where scouts can do online sales from July 1 - Aug 15. As you know we had all of our sales recorded in the Trails End app last year. Many of you who did popcorn sales last year, already have that. If not you can install it again. Those who are interested in popcorn sales, please let me know and we can send you the invite to register your scout on Trails End.  See the kick off slides here.
